  • Local (within city): ₹60
  • Rest of India: ₹90
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹2000.
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days, depending on the location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

4. Return & Refund Policy

We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged.

Return Eligibility:

• A mandatory opening video is required when unboxing the package.
• The video must be unedited and clearly show the product being opened.
• If the product is defective, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Refund Timeline:

1. Submit a return request with the opening video within 3 days of delivery.
2. Our team will review the request within 48 hours.
3. If approved, you must return the product within 5 days.
4. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Returns without an unboxing video.
• Returns made without prior approval.
• Requests beyond the 3 days window.
• Returns due to change of mind or personal preference.

• We are not responsible for minor variations in color, texture, or design.
