1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hrs of placing the order.
  • Once the order is processed, cancellations are not allowed.

2. Refund & Return Policy

We only accept returns in case of a defective or damaged product.

Eligibility for Refund & Return

  • You must provide an opening video while unboxing the package.
  • The video must clearly show the package being opened without any cuts or edits.
  • If the product is defective or damaged, you can request a return within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email or WhatsApp us with the opening video and order details within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Verification: Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
  3. Return Approval: If approved, you will be required to return the product within 5 days.
  4. Refund Issued: Once we receive and verify the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products without an unboxing video.
  • Items returned without prior approval.
  • Orders that exceed the 24-hour refund request window.
  • Returns without a valid reason (change of mind, dislike of product, etc.).
