1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hrs of placing the order.
- Once the order is processed, cancellations are not allowed.

2. Refund & Return Policy
We only accept returns in case of a defective or damaged product.
Eligibility for Refund & Return
- You must provide an opening video while unboxing the package.
- The video must clearly show the package being opened without any cuts or edits.
- If the product is defective or damaged, you can request a return within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
- Submit a Request: Email or WhatsApp us with the opening video and order details within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Verification: Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
- Return Approval: If approved, you will be required to return the product within 5 days.
- Refund Issued: Once we receive and verify the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Products without an unboxing video.
- Items returned without prior approval.
- Orders that exceed the 24-hour refund request window.
- Returns without a valid reason (change of mind, dislike of product, etc.).
